Lettings Assistant - Cardiff
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to join a lettings shop in Cardiff. The role demands a self-motivated target driven individual who is able to manage their own workload, generate leads and ensure an enjoyable sales experience.
This is Student accommodation, but not as you know it!
This person will be a point of contact for sales enquiries approaching the opening of a new state of the art student accommodation in Cardiff. Our client's buildings are the best in the UK, so the service and experience we provide has to also the best. You will be working with students from around the world, conducting viewings both in person and via video links and facetime. Personality is a must! A flair for service and determination to go the extra mile is the way we do things.
Oversee sales activity in that location
Support local marketing initiatives such as leafleting and attending local events as required
Assist with sales and marketing ideas
Ensure lead generation is being actively managed and lead are being followed up
Meet and liaise with prospective students, conducting viewings and providing guidance of the booking process, including advice on potential rental prices of the property
Dealing with telephone, email and social media enquiries
Meeting dynamic sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Report into our Senior Sales Manager
Personal Attributes and Experience
Sales and customer service focussed but with customer care at the heart of the transaction
Experience of working with people in a face to face customer service/sales environment
Experience of answering enquiries through social media
A high degree of Self-motivation and Drive
A Passion for people and service
Experience of lettings and sales is an advantage
The shop is usually open 7 days a week, this role will be 11-7 Monday-Friday with some weekend work on an ad-hoc basis,
