Our clients, one of the largest and leading, award winning property specialists in the UK, are recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy and successful Sales and Lettings branch in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a busy sales environment, with at least 2 years experience, preferably with some experience of undertaking valuations, listing properties and possess a full, clean driving licence. This is a progressive brand, with the real opportunity to progress to Sales Manager for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities will be:

·Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted
number of sales per week
·Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
·Booking and attending viewings
·Carrying out regular vendor updates
·Negotiating offers
·Progressing sales; keeping all parties well informed
·Gaining market appraisals and actively promoting the brand's services
·Attending market appraisals
·Marketing of all available properties
·Leaflet dropping
·Touting and canvassing
·Dealing with customer enquiries
·Maintaining accurate records of all activity

·Requirements and Skills:

·Minimum of 12 months sales experience
·Possess excellent customer service skills
·Results driven
·Team player
·Full, clean driving licence
·Highly polished
·Excellent communication skills
·Natural sales ability
·Hard working
·Self-motivated and organised
·Desire to succeed
·Good work ethic - punctual and reliable

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 09.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm and alternate Saturdays 09.00am to 1.00pm.

Salary dependent on experience plus commission
