Customer Service Executive
My client is a well known and expanding multi office estate agency.
They are looking further to establish their Land and New Homes division with a Customer Care Executive.
You will need work as part of a team. always ensure high quality customer care at all times. List an agreed volume of New Homes Developments and Opportunities to sell. Prepare comparable reports for Developers. Obtain Referral Business from existing database. Develop Client relationship with existing and New developer clients.
You must be able to work to deadlines. You must have the ability to build and maintain working relationships with existing and new clients. You must be target driven and have excellent communication skills.
Finally you must be willing to be accountable and take responsibility. You must be proactive with an energetic approach and a commitment to high service standards.
My client will pay a generous basic of up to £22k basic with an OTE of around £35k. You will have the use of a pool car for business.
