* Matching properties to applicants needs

 

* Conducting viewings

 

* Negotiating and closing deals

 

* Canvassing of new properties

 

* Valuation and Listing of new properties

 

* Transforming valuations into instructions

Salary

 

Our clients are looking to pay a basic salary of £12,000pa plus commission. You could expect your on target earning to be IRO £25,000 - £30,000. They also pay for your business petrol miles.

 

Working Hours

 

Monday to Friday 8.30am-6:00pm, every Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm with a day of in lieu
