A successful firm in Abergavenny are looking for an Office Manager to join their successful team.  

Having acquired a solid reputation for good customer service and industry knowledge, the Company are proud of what they have built and are looking for a like minded individual to join them who is as passionate about property as they are.

Main duties of the role will be:  

·Diary Management
·Dealing with enquiries
·After sales enquiries and sales progression
·Booking viewings
·Providing vendor feedback
·Updating the website
·Ensuring keys are available for completion
·General administration
·Some management of the team

The ideal candidate for the role will have experience working in an Estate Agency office and will be a team player with the ability to talk to people in the upper end of the market.  

You will have good customer service skills and the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy sales environment.
