Customer Relations Administrator – Golders Green

£25,000 - £30,000

Based in our clients Golders Green Office, you will be working alongside an enthusiastic and hard-working team in a fast paced and energetic environment.

Ideally with some experience of Lettings Administration /Property Management, you must have demonstrable experience of the marketing/social media relations.

Skill/ Personal Profile:

  • Outstanding Customer Services Skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Articulate and well spoken
  • Good organisational skills used in planning own work
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Able to work in a busy office environment
  • An ability to be diplomatic and stay calm under pressure
  • Good Word and IT skills
  • Able to pick up new software quickly
