They are looking for a quality, experienced Office Administration Manager for their Mayfair Office.
You will need to be immaculately presented and have brilliant communication skills both verbal and written. You will need excellent secretarial skills and have an exceptional telephone manner.
You will be dealing with office presentation, ordering of stationary and storage. Dealing with contractors and providing secretarial support to 2 part time Directors.
It would aid your application if you had previously worked in estate agency. This is a 5 day a week role.
