New Homes Sales Negotiator
We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor for a stunning development in near Cambridge.
Duties will include:
Reporting to the Sales Manager.
Complying various reports.
Sales progressing and assuring that sales proceed in an agreed time scale.
Attending meetings as and when requested.
Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations "Helping" our customers make their dream move
Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures, whilst maintaining up to date knowledge of the industry and Legal Requirements
Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations.

To be successful in your application you will have experience working in a sales position, within the New House building market, and have strong negotiation skills. Outstanding customer service levels are essential and you must be able to communicate effectively and recognise key buying signals. The right candidate will be target driven, have a professional manner and appearance and a strong willingness to learn. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as this role involves working weekends.
In return you will receive a competitive commission structure with a OTE of £30,000 - £35,000.
We have other developments in the pipeline, so this is a long term position.
