An established sales and lettings agent is looking for an experienced estate agency administrator for their offices in Southampton.
They are looking for a person who is currently working within the estate agency industry and has administration experience.
You will be used to speaking and dealing with both clients and applicants in person, by telephone and email, using estate agency software systems, arranging appointments, completing and ensuring all office paperwork is completed as well as office displays etc.
This is an interesting and varied role working for an agent with a great image and market share.
You will need to be hard-working, articulate, well-presented, a peoples person and a real team player.
