Senior Sales Negotiator – Ealing


£16.5k plus Commission £45k OTE and Car allowance

 5 day week including Saturdays



Our client a leading independent estate agent have an opening for a Senior Sales Negotiator at their Ealing Common office.  You will be working within a team of three, this is an excellent opportunity for an Ambitious individual. 


This role provides responsibility, autonomy and high earnings capacity for the right candidate who thrives in a busy team environment while dealing with a large volume of sales properties.  With a great Bonus system in place you will easily achieve your financial aspirations.



Duties to include:


  •          Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
  •          Organising property viewings
  •          Working to financial, individual and team targets
  •          Increasing the company turnover
  •          Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  •          Canvassing and marketing
  •          Negotiating terms



Person Specification:


  • Great Time Management Skills
  •          Pro-active, flexible and confident
  •          Excellent sales ability
  •          Self-motivating
  •          A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role
  • Ambitous – wants to step up to Branch Manager in due course.
